Website care for churches
Most church websites are held together by one volunteer who is very generous and very busy. When they move away, the site stops changing. We’re the version of that person who doesn’t leave.
The parts that are specific to you
Service times are the whole website
For a first-time visitor, the site has one job: when do you meet, where do I park, and what do I do with my kids. If that isn’t answerable in ten seconds on a phone, the design doesn’t matter.
Christmas and Easter break everything
Special service times, extra gatherings, changed hours. It’s the highest-traffic week of your year and the most likely week for the site to be wrong. We ask you for the schedule in advance and post it everywhere it needs to go.
Giving links can never 404
A broken giving link is the one failure with an immediate, measurable cost. Every outbound link on the site is monitored, and giving links get checked weekly.
Volunteers shouldn’t need training
You shouldn’t have to teach a new admin WordPress. Send the sermon title, the file, and the description to one email address and it gets posted. That’s the whole workflow.
Your Google listing is how people find you
Churches consistently under-use it. Service times, photos of the actual building, an accurate map pin, and answered questions do more for a visiting family than a redesign would.
Budget is a real constraint
Care at $299 covers hosting, security, backups, and the essentials for most churches. Say so up front and we’ll build around what you actually have.
What actually gets done
No hours to track, no invoices to read. This is the work, and it happens whether or not you ask.
- Service times kept accurate on the site and the Google listing
- Sermons and announcements posted from whatever you send us
- Event pages built and taken down as the calendar moves
- Giving and registration links checked weekly
- Hosting, backups, SSL, and security handled invisibly
- Holiday and special-service schedules published in advance
- Staff and ministry leader pages updated as people change roles
- Photos added to your Google profile every month
Most churches fit Care or Care+
A church with a stable schedule and occasional events does well on Care at $299. If you have a busy calendar, multiple weekly services, or an active events season, Care+ and its unlimited edits is the better fit.
Asked often enough to answer here
We have almost no budget.
Tell us the number. Care at $299 a month covers hosting, security, backups, updates, and the essentials, and it’s often less than a church is already paying across scattered hosting and domain bills nobody has audited in years. We’d rather set you up correctly at the lower tier than oversell you.
Our volunteer built the site and still helps sometimes.
That’s a good thing, and we don’t need to replace them. Plenty of our arrangements are: we handle hosting, security, backups, and the things that break, and the volunteer keeps doing the parts they enjoy. We’ll set up their access and stay out of the way.
Can you handle our church management or giving software?
We’ll make sure it’s linked correctly, embedded properly, and never broken. We don’t administer the platform itself — that stays with whoever knows your congregation and your data.
What about our podcast and sermon archive?
We’ll post episodes and keep the archive organized and searchable. Send us the file or the link plus a title and description, and it goes up. Recording and editing stay on your side.
